NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th March, 2021 duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2333 in Volume Dl, Folio 104/2641, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Naomi Muthoni Bunyi, of P.O Box 3616- 00100 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Naomi Muthoni Ngamini, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Naomi Muthoni Ngamini, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Naomi Muthoni Bunyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Naomi Muthoni Bunyi only.
