Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and executrixes of the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the last will of Monica Achieng Obura, who died on 16th October, 2020. CAUSE No. EIO OF 202I By Esther Molly Mbajah, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eston Barak Mbajah alias Mbajah Eston Barak alias Eston B. Mbaja, who died at Tacoma, Washington, U.S.A., on 16th August, 2020. CAUSE No. E I 9 OF 2021 By (I) Martha Ruth Amondi Oshomuvye and (2) David Jairus Ochieng Okumu, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Aggrey Jalango Okumu, who died on 2nd November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
