TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E525 OF 2021 By (1) Hopeful Popi Owitti, (2) Silvester Okello Owitti and (3) Faithfull Akinyi Owitti, all of P.O. Box 1536, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owiti Nyajwoga, who died at Newa Sub-location, on 7th October, 2003. CAUSE No. E548 of 2021 By (I) Moses Collins Odhiambo and (2) Consolata Agira Aywo, both of P.O. Box 71, Seme in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oniang'o alias Joseph Ayuo Oniang'o alias Joseph Aywuo Oniang'o, who died on 7th June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
