TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By (1) Anthony Nduhiu Wachira and (2) Richard Kariuki Wachira, both of P.O. Box 2992, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Jackson Wachira Kariuki, who died at Gatitu Sub-location, on 15th November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
