TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 199 OF 2021 By Loise Mumbi Gachanja, of P.O. Box 51739-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Muthoni Gachanja alias Ann Muthoni Gachattia, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2020. CAUSE No. 232 OF 2021 By (1) Grace Wanjiru Wachira and (2) Joseph Guama Wachira, both of P.O. Box 739-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Wachira Gathiru, who died at Kijabe Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (301 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
