TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E72 OF 2020 By Raphael Mutua Ngengwa, of P.O. Box 35-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngengwa Ngolania Sole, who died at Watuka, Kako, on 3rd May, 1991. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2021 By (1) Symon Mwanzia Manthi and (2) Antony Nzyoka Manthi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manthi Nthuli, who died at Mbimbini, Kako Sub-location, on 16th January, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
