TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E242 OF 2021 By (1) Beatrice Vivi Mwangangi, (2) Lydia Muthanga Mwangangi and (3) Diana Mwangangi, all of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangangi Ivuti alias David Ivuti, who died at Kitui, on 15th March, 2003. CAUSE No. E266 OF 2021 By Mutua Wambua, of P.O. Box 1172-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Norman Wambua Maseki, who died at Kitui, on 5th May, 2017. CAUSE No. E288 OF 2021 By Kavinya Kingokoo Nyingi, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kingokoo Nyingi, who died at Kitui, on 20th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
