TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2021 By Kanza John Mbindu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mbindu Munywoki, who died at Nuu Location, on 19th January, 2018. CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By Mutemi Mwosya Kyanga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwosya Kyanga Mwelu alias Mwosya Kyanga Mweelu alias Mwosya Kyanga Mweeru alias Mwosya Kyanga, who died at Mwingi Nursing Home, on 29th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
