TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. MC 21 OF 2020 By (1) Fransiscar Hellen Mwamusi and (2) Alice Mutheu Daniel, both of P.O. Box 1-90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Musee Matuku, who died at Kibwezi, on 14th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2021 By Beatrice Munyiva Mwongela, of P.O. Box 6862-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Mwongela Tonde, who died at Mukaange, on 25th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
