CAUSE No. 23 OF 2021 By Ruth Wayua Nzyoki, of P.O. Box 55, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased's step-mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwole Nzioki alias Mule Nzioki, late of Kiliku, Mbooni, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 13th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
