Box 83, Mutumbu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Achwal alias Achwal Ambayo, who died on 4th August, 1989. CAUSE No. 306 OF 2021 By (1) Joanes Ogutu Otieno and (2) Samson Onyango Otieno, the deceased sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvanus Otieno Ogutu, who died at Nyamila Sub-location, on 17th January, 2010. CAUSE No. 329 OF 2021 By Roas Awino Oyugi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Oyugi Nyapeno alias Pius Oyugi, who died on 30th July, 1987. CAUSE No. 338 Of 2021 By Peter Omondi Ochieng, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ochieng Ochieng, who died at Bar Agulu Sub-location, on 1st January, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
