TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E270 OF 2021 By (1) Rita Awino Otieno Ouko and (2) Nancy Juma Owiti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ouko Okayo alias James Ouko, who died at Masala Sub-location, on 15th July, 2003. CAUSE No. E271 OF 2021 By Anastasia Nyawalo Mahero, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aurther Abiero alias Arthur Abiero who died at Nyawita, Bondo, on 12th April, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
