TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El7 OF 2020 By Jane Wamboi Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndung'u Gachihi, who died at Igena Sub- location, on 11th November, 2013. CAUSE No. E32 OF 2021 By Jacob Maseke Mosone, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchone Marasi, late of Komosoko Sub-location, who died on 24th June, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
