TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 152 OF 2021 By George Odhiambo Odenyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Odenyo Obunga alias Odenyo Eliud Obunga, who died at Ugunja, on 13th December, 2004. CAUSE No. 158 OF 2021 By Joseph Oginga Ndar, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndar Arum, who died at Rang'ala Sub-location, on 20th April, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
