TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 194 OF 2021 By (1) Umar Ibrahim Abdu and (2) Aminah Ibrahim Abdu, both of P.O. Box 83295-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Farida Ali Saleh, who died at Al-Farooq Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. 197 OF 2021 By Alice Kanana Rukaria, of P.O. Box 84094-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Kamau Muiruri, who died at Premier Hospital inKenya, on 9th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
