Box 85010-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abel Kiwanza Chambia, who died at Bamburi, Kiembeni, on 8th November, 2020. CAUSE No. E99 OF 2021 By (1) Leah Karigu Njagi and (2) Gloria Gatheria Njagi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justin Njagi Peter, who died at Likoni, on 10th May, 2020. CAUSE No. E245 OF 2021 By Mary Wawira Mutuku, of P.O. Box 90502-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mutuku Kyula, who died at C.G.T.R.H., on 28th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
