TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El2 OF 2021 By (1) Simon Njoroge Kinyanjui and (2) George Gitau Kinyanjui, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Kinyanjui Njoroge, who died at Kongoni, on 13th April, 2019. CAUSE No. E59 OF 2021 By (1) Kenneth Ndirangu Njoroge, (2) Peter Waweru Ndirangu, (3) Alice Winnie Muthoni Njoroge and (4) Olive Wanjiru Njoroge, all of P.O. Box 1956-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wairimu Njoroge, who died at Thogoto, on 2nd September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
