TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 310 OF 2021 By Prisca Mongina Nyaigoti, of P.O. Box 786, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaigoti Magogo Mogaka alias Nyaigoti Mogaka, who died on 27th December, 1995. By Jacob Bogonko Bosire, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sintanalous Bosire Onchonga, who died at Ram Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
