TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 139 OF 2019 By Esther Kabura Mbugua, of P.O. Box 1956-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mbugua Kinyanjui alias Mbugua Kinyanjui, who died at Mukeu, on 30th June, 1998. CAUSE No. E79 OF 2021 By Tabitha Gathoni Ndungu, of P.O. Box 50628-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Ndungu Ng'ang'a, who died at Mai- Mahiu, on 24th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
