TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 51 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Muthoni Gitandu and (2) Aurelius Gitandu Henry, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndungu Nganga, who died at KIU, on 10th March, 2020. CAUSE No. E73 OF 2021 By Susan Muringi Ngothi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ngothi Ngari, who died at Timau, on 2nd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
