TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 51 OF 2021 By (1) Susan Achieng Ojunga and (2) Joseph Oyoo Ojunga, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalice Ojunga Ogodo alias Pitalis Ojunga Ogodo alias Ojung'a Ogodo, who died at Nyamware South, on 9th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 155 OF 2021 By Sophia Aluoch Opon, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Opon Oliech, who died on 13th January, 2014. CAUSE No. E340 OF 2021 By John Ondiek, of P.O. Box 199, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siprina Achola Guya, who died at West Koguta, on 19th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
