CAUSE No. 140 OF 2021 By Timothy Odhiambo Odera, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Odera Okoth, who died on 27th May, 1991. CAUSE No. 145 OF 2021 By (1) Joyce Oyugu Akech and (2) Morris Odhiambo Akech, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Aketch Oor, who died at South Rambula, on 12th January, 2020. CAUSE No. 157 OF 2021 CAUSE E197 oF 2021 By Lucia Awuor Onyango, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Onyango Otalo alias Elias Onyango Timothy, who died on 3rd March, 2014. CAUSE No. 202 OF 2021 By (1) Anjelina Awuor Nyando and (2) Millicent Akinyi Kisodhi, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Osembo Osore, who died on 13th September, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
