TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. E3 OF 2021 By Conslata Atieno, of P.O. Box 452-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangla Ayalo, who died at Koluoch Sub- location, on 6th October, 1976. CAUSE No. E57 OF 2021 By Veronica Adhiambo, of P.O. Box 33-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owidhi Okech alias Owidhi Okechi, who died at North Kamwango Sub-location, on 1st September, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
