NOTICE is given that, pursuant to Standing Order No. 26 of the Garissa County Assembly Standing Orders, the County Assembly of Garissa shall have a special sitting at the County Assembly Chambers on Thursday, 8th July, 2021 at 9.30 a.m. to allow the County Executive Committee Member for Finance to deliver and make a public pronouncement of the Budget Policy Highlights and revenue-raising measures for the County Government for the Financial Year 2021/2022 as contemplated under section 134 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012.
