IN PURSUANCE of section 112 of the Land Act, 2012 and further to Kenya Gazette No. 4330 of 2021, the National Land Commission on behalf of County Government of Makueni, gives notice of inquiry for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for Kwa Mbila Earth Dam in Makueni County and shall be held on the dates and places as shown here below: SCHEDULE Parcel Number Registered Owner(s) Area Acquired (Acres) Kiangini Chief Office on Tuesday, 14th September, 2021 from 10.00 a.m. Mbuvo/Kiangini/32 Daniel Mutisya Kinyumu, Samuel Kimwele Kinyumu and William Kithuka Kinyumu 2.95 Every person interested in the affected land is required to deliver to the National Land Commission on or before the day of the inquiry a written claim to compensation, copy of identify card (ID), Personal Identification No. (PIN), land ownership documents and bank account details. The Commission offices are in Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and at the Commission’s County Co-ordinator’s Office in Makueni County. Dated the 29th July, 2021.
