IN PURSUANCE of section 112 of the Land Act, 2012 and further to Kenya Gazette No. 2161, 6601 and 6602 of 2020, 78, 2177 and 3784 of 2021, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), gives notice of inquiry for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for construction of Nairobi Expressway Road Project and shall be held on the dates and places as shown here below: SCHEDULE Parcel Number Registered Owner(s) Area Acquired (Ha.)
