TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2021 By Jane Wanjiku Mwangi, of P.O. Box 610–10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mwangi Gaite alias Philip Mwangi Gaite, who died at Kagio Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2021 By (1) Daniel Muriithi Muthike, (2) Daniel Gacoki Muthike and (3) Anthony Murimi Muthike, all of P.O. Box 15–10303, Wang’uru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fausto Muthike Mbuko, who died on 7th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
