TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Njeri Njuguna, (2) Judith Nelima Ndegwa , (3) Robert Wainaina Ndegwa and (4) William Mbui Ndegwa, all of P.O. Box 41– 30202, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of probate with written will of John Ndegwa Wainaina, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2019. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
