Box 86042–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of probate with the will annexed to the estate of Charity Chelangat Moiben, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 2019. Box 96033–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mithika Ntomoseke, who died at Coast General Provincial Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 1992. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2021 By (1) Alistair Barnes and (2) Samantha Jane Thom, both of P.O. Box 862, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration with written will of Christopher Edward Allan Barnes, who died in the United Kingdom, on 22nd August, 2020.
