Box 98625–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Njau Wagaki Kingora, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2003. CAUSE NO. 180 OF 2020 By (1) Janet Ndunge Ngei and (2) Joy Ndanu Ngei, both of P.O. Box 95009–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngei Kitese, who died at Shimanzi, on 13th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Judith Mwanyasi and (2) Christopher Mwashori Mwanyasi, both of P.O. Box 84134, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of probate with written will annexed to the estate of Handerson Njumwa Mwasogona, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
