E187 OF 2020 By George Otieno Otiende, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Otiende Kidera alias Otieno Kidera, who died on 5th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2020 By Samuel Muga Kidera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elkana Kidera Mbowo alias Kidera Mboo, who died on 25th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
