TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 345 OF 2021 By (1) Beatrice Wachera Theuri and (2) Peter Kinja Theuri, both of P.O. Box 457–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Theuri Kinja, late of Mutara Location, who died on 31st August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 371 OF 2021 By Veronicah Muthoni Kariuki, of P.O. Box 80–20303, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jerephathio Kariuki Gachuhi, late of Kanyiriri, Kasuku, who died on 13th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
