TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 2:26 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 13th August, 2021 3584 3584 CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2021 By (1) Raely Cheruto Ruto and (2) Esther Chepkemoi Tunoi, both of P.O. Box 671–00200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kipkoech Tonui, who died at Maso, on 24th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
