TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2020 By Rosemary Muthoni Karimenu, of P.O. Box 151, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njeru Gedion, who died at Gichiche Sub-location, on 6th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2021 By Anthony Njue Njeru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Njeru Njuki, who died at St. Michael Hospital in Kenya, on 19th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Kanini Nyaga and (2) Erick Muchangi Njue, both of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Njue Njeru, late of Kithegi, who died at there on 19th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
