TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 2:26 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 13th August, 2021 3596 3596 CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2021 By Ruth Nthenya Kisuna, of P.O. Box 1833–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mawili Manyenze, who died at Donyo Sabuk Nursing Home, on 19th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2021 By Musila Kituku, of P.O. Box 1001–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kondo Ithau, who died at Muisuni, on 25th October, 1993. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
