CAUSE NO. 227 OF 2020 By Charles Zebedee Alumasa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Ominde Alumasi alias Dishon Ominde, who died at Ebubayi Sub-location, on 20th February, 1997 CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2021 By Sammy Okwalla Ingati, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ingati Okwala Nangwe alias Ingati Okwalila, who died at Ebunangwe Sub-location, on 9th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. 202 OF 2021 By Emmy Sereta Malega, of P.O. Box 267, Vihiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seth Odinga Mudoga alias Seth Odinga, who died on 3rd February, 2020. The Ccourt will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
