TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2020 By Emmanuel Abichi Sikoyo, of P.O. Box 163, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Tulesi Chisaka alias Tulesi Chisaka, who died on 25th September, 1976. CAUSE NO. 132 “B” OF 2020 By Sarah Angulu Amos, of P.O. Box 898, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atnas Wanga Wanga alias Atnase Wanga, who died on 12th April, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
