TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2021 By (1) Veronica Kobilo Rutto and (2) Douglas Kimator Rutto, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ruto Kipchabas, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2021 By David Kiplagat Bingat, of P.O. Box 60–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipkurui Chelimo, who died at Kabasis, on 10th February, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
