E77 OF 2021 By (1) Sanga Mwanza Madafu and (2) Remington Gambo Mwanza, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwagambo Gambo, who died at Nyalani, on 21st March, 1990. CAUSE NO. 169 OF 2021 By Kahindi Charo Kazungu, of P.O. Box 552–80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kazungu Baya, who died at Ngerenya, Kilifi, on 20th August, 1978. CAUSE NO. 193 OF 2021 By Annah Konde Ruha, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Konde Ruwa Konde, who died on 11th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
