E92 OF 2020 By Julius Safari Baya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baya Musanzu, who died on 15th January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2021 By (1) Mbeyu Charo Kombe, (2) Karisa Charo Kombe, (3) Elizabeth Kahaso Charo and (4) Daniel Kahindi Kaingu, all of P.O. Box 43155, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kombe Mwangoro, who died on 1st June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2021 By (1) Shukuru Kitsao and (2) Vidzop Kitsao Rando, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Randu Jilo, who died on 3rd September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
