TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2020 By Geoffrey Ndiga Jephtah, of P.O. Box 57, Kiamutugu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Njue, who died at Nyangeni, Ngariama, on 3rd October, 2000. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2020 By Jecinta Murangi Njogu, of P.O. Box 30, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njogu Gicira, who died at Nyangeni, Ngariama, on 18th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
