TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 “B” OF 2020 By Grace Muthoni Wakhu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Wakhu Omuhaka, who died at Inaya in 2019. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2021 By Jared Atuulo Ang’enyi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malack Zadock Lufuya alias Malaki Lufuya, who died at Wambulishe on 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
