E91 OF 2021 By William Odhiambo Akal, of P.O. Box 34, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s stepbrother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beldina Nyambuya Akal alias Beldina Nyambuya w/o Akal, who died on 28th July, 2002. CAUSE NO. 117 OF 2021 By Dismas Otieno Aluoch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achiel Ahero alias Ochiel Aero, who died on 7th May, 1993.
