TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2021 By Samuel Okumu Ade, of P.O. Box 28, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ojijo Ojunga alias Ojiju Ojunga, who died at Kajulu, on 17th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2021 By Joshua Okinyi Amula, of P.O. Box 62–40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gor Atudo, who died at Kotieno, on 10th April, 1983. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2021 By Elias Ajowi, of P.O. Box 162, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Ajowi, who died at Genga, on 8th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
