REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Veroncah Waringa Wanyoike (ID/4438241) and (2) Justus Ntwiga Murithi (ID/2462024), both of P.O. Box 32839–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru Kiu Block 6/319, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
