REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sophia Waruguru Muguta (ID/22267628), (2) Eleminia Wangui Muguta, (3) Carubelina Muringo Mugo (ID/20281909), (4) Eugenia Wawira Muguta (ID/3381799) and (5) Angelina Njoki Muguta (ID/9302011), all of P.O. Box 179, Kianyaga in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.815 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Baragwe/Raimu/2463, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
