REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bernard Mutegi Kwiriga (ID/12406269), is registered as administrator in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.285 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Abogeta/L-Chure/1488, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
