REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Salim Bajaber, as the administrator of the estate of Salim Ali Ahmed Bajaber (deceased), of P.O. Box 40939– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0151 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, known as Mombasa/Block XVI/502, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
