REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kithure Ithuruine (ID/12405078), is the proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.34 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Nyaki/Kithoka/4445, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
