GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8570

WHEREAS Keziah Njambi Gathungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Othaya/Kiandemi/174, and whereas the Resident’s Magistrate’s Court at Othaya in succession cause No. 21 of 2008, has ordered that the said 20th August, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE piece of land be transferred to the beneficiaries (1) Jackson Njuguna Gachungu (2) Jane Njuguna Gachungu, (3) Loice Wangui Kamunge, (4) Grace Wachuka Maina and (5) Zeporah Wanjiru Muraya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said beneficiaries (1) Jackson Njuguna Gachungu (2) Jane Njuguna Gachungu, (3) Loice Wangui Kamunge, (4) Grace Wachuka Maina and (5) Zeporah Wanjiru Muraya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Keziah Njambi Gathungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
